Operation process:
1. The hydraulic unit drive the head plate to press the middle plates andFilter Clothbetween head plate and tail plate. And chambers form between every two plates.
2. The pump will deliver the material into the chambers. Solids retained in the chamber to be cake, and liquid flow out. Until the cakes is full. Then pump stops.

The motors are universal asynchronous motors with protection class IP54 and insulation class F. The working voltage of the motor is AC 380V, frequency: 50HZ, ambient temperature +40°C~-15°C: the working system is S1, that is, continuous working system: the stator winding is measured by the resistance method and the temperature rise does not exceed 80℃.
